Hisense Hi-Therma Monobloc is an air-to-water heat pump system that combines the indoor and outdoor units into one monobloc.
The monobloc module provides all functions with one outdoor unit. Thus, there is no need for a refrigerant system. Since the monobloc is located outside and only connected to the water supply, there is no need for piping work and refrigerant charging. In addition, hydraulic components such as a plate heat exchanger, expansion tank and water pump are included. The installation of the Hi-Therma Monobloc heat pump only involves connecting the water pipes, which greatly simplifies the installation work.
Compared with a conventional electric heater or a fossil fuel boiler, the system is more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Until now, traditional heating systems mainly used fuels such as gas, oil and coal, but these fuels easily pollute the environment, release large amounts of carbon dioxide into the air and cause global climate change. An air source heat pump system reduces pollution while maintaining high energy efficiency.
The Hi-Therma Monobloc air to water heat pump system is powered by a small amount of electricity, extracts renewable heat from the outside air and then delivers a large amount of heat to your home. The heating output is greater than the electricity consumption, so the system has an extremely high efficiency.
All Hi-Therma heat pump models are KEYMARK certified. KEYMARK is a voluntary, independent European certification mark (ISO type 5 certification) for all heat pumps, combined heat pumps and water heaters (according to Ecodesign requirements, EU Regulations 813/2013 and 814/2013). It is based on independent third party testing and demonstrates compliance with the product requirements set out in the KEYMARK heat pump scheme rules and the efficiency requirements set out by Ecodesign. The KEYMARK heat pump scheme is owned by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
